1.)  What does the Obutto oZone base cockpit come with?
Carbon steel main frame - Powder-coated Matte Black (No other color options available)

2.)  Is the Obutto available for local pickup to avoid shipping costs?
Will-Call pickup is available in Auburn, WA from 8am till 4pm Pacific Time Monday through Friday only. A valid state issued ID is required along with your printed invoice. There is no fee for Will Call other then our standard Order Handling fee that is present for all orders. WillCall is an option for Washington, Oregon, Alaska & Canadian Customers.  We can ONLY sell to Canadian customers if you are picking up a cockpit.  We cannot ship outside of the USA for Obutto products due to our distribution agreements with the manufacturer.

3.)  Do you have any scratched or otherwise damaged stock available at a discount? Can I buy without a seat? Can I buy just the seat?
We do not carry any damaged stock and do not sell Open-Box or Damaged items at a discount.We cannot sell the cockpit without the seat, and we do not sell the seat separate from the cockpit. You must purchase the entire unit as-is from our website.

4.)  What size monitors fit onto the Obutto if I want to run single screen? triple screens?
The single monitor mount stand is made and tested for up to 30 inch monitors; however, some users have been able to mount up to 42" Televisions to the Single Monitor Mount. Monitors attach to the Obutto by way of VESA bolt patterns. The Obutto supports the following VESA bolt pattern: 75mm x 75mm, 100mm x 100mm, or 200mm x 100mm.

Please consult your monitor owners manual or the manufacturer direct to determine if your monitor will work.

Triple Monitors bolt directly onto the cockpit as long as your VESA bolt pattern is 75mm x 75mm, 100mm x 100mm, or 200mm x 100mm. If you want to use larger monitors, it can be done with some modification on the user's end. Some 2mm sheet metal cut to size, a drill, and some nuts & bolts should allow you to create your own mounting plates to be bolted to the existing mounting plates. These must be offset to give enough room for the widths of your monitors. ***Please note, recently Obutto has extended the length of the triple monitor mounts, this extension should allow for the use of up to 28" monitors for triple screen use. In some cases, even 30" monitors may work with an adjusted angle.

5.)  Can I use my personal or company Fedex/UPS Account for shipping instead your shipping?
Yes, we do allow you to use your shipping account provided you sign and fax/email us a waiver form for it's use. We do not keep this information, so you will need to do this everytime you place a new order with us. Keep in mind, we are NOT responsible for any charges incurred using your shipping account. We do get a rather large discount through FedEx for shipping Obutto products.

6.)  What wheels will fit the Obutto?
Any wheel, as long as it clamps to a desk will fit the Obutto cockpit. The only exception that we know of is the Frex Sim-Wheel and it *will fit if the monitor is raised in the highest position possible. *Confirmation that it does fit is from word of a customer, we have not tested the Frex wheel with the Obutto. Purchase at your own risk.

7.)  What pedals work? Do the Cannon Simulation Technologies pedals fit the Obutto?
Nearly all pedals available should work fine with the Obutto, even CST pedals. MPPC does make brackets that are available for CST owners that are designed for SimPedals - these are backwards compatible with CST Pedals.

8.)  What is your return policy? What If my cockpit arrives damaged or has a defect?
Our return policy can be found on our Terms and Conditions Page or under Your Account information. If your cockpit arrives damaged, or is defective, we will replace the damaged item at no additional cost for up to 30 days. Obutto LTD handles your warranty & customer support. Please see the product page for warranty information.

9.)  I live in near Memphis, TN and see Main Performance PC is located in Memphis, TN. Can I come by and checkout the cockpit before I buy? Can I pick it up and buy there?
No, we do not have a retail location. The cockpits ship from Auburn, WA. Please do not arrive to our Memphis, TN location, you WILL be turned away.

10.)  Can you ship outside of the USA?
We are the US distributor, we cannot ship outside of the US per our distribution agreement. Please check www.Obutto.com to find the distributor nearest you. If you are in South America, you can arrange to purchase from our site with a freight forwarder. A freight forwarder will order your item for you, and forward it to your location for an additional fee. We do not provide freight forwarder recommendations unfortunately.

11.)  Do you accept orders over the telephone?
No, we do not accept phone orders. Our representatives are available to answer any questions you may have about the product you are purchasing.

We accept the following methods of payment: PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express Personal/Commercial/Cashiers Check or Money Order. 12.)  Why is there a signature requirement with an order over $300?

13.)  When does the Obutto come in stock?
The Obutto at times sells quickly and thus we run out of stock. In the store, please check for the expected availability of the item you are looking for to know our estimated time of arrival or ETA on that item. This information can be found on the product page.

14.)  What are the package dimensions for the Obutto oZone box? Does it require a signature for delivery?
The dimensions are: 40x24x22.5 and the box weigh approx. 114lbs. When shipped with a method of payment other than PayPal, we will ship ONLY to the verified billing address on file with your credit card company. A different shipping address cannot be used. NO EXCEPTIONS. A signature will be required for all orders over $300 USD. When shipping using PayPal as the billing method, we will require a signature, and will ONLY ship to the verified PayPal shipping address. Please do not ask us to change your address, it will not happen under ANY circumstances. Sorry.

15.)  Why am I having an issue with my monitor's inputs being blocked by the Obutto monitor mount?
Monitors with the connectors pointing outward (90 degree angle) from the monitor can sometimes be blocked by the Obutto single monitor mount (And the triple monitor mount). This is something new that monitor manufacturers have started to do. Please plan ahead prior to purchasing the Obutto. A way to alleviate the problem can be to re-drill the VESA holes lower on the plate to bring the monitor downwards, thus allowing you to reach the monitors input ports.

17.)  Can I order the cockpit without certain items I do not need?
No, everything is pre-packaged by Obutto and shipped to our warehouse. Remember, we are the retailer, not the manufacturer. Everything in the product description is what you will get.
